入冬初期，结冰很薄，我们的冬泳队员只能跳进冰水里用身体压、用木棍敲，将冰一块块仍出，开出一块弹丸之地冬泳。

这是锦州冬泳协会于主席在为大家捞冰，每天天不亮他就一个人早早来到冬泳基地，先是刨冰，然后下水再将大块冰一块一块的推上岸。是我们的老大哥，好朋友，让我们总是感动。
