5月19日16时，在加格达奇甘河北岸西侧的冬泳队跳水台上，一名20多岁的女子拿着手机情绪激动地指着河面不知给什么人打电话，继而又脱掉鞋子走到跳水台边缘望着下面深不见底的河水出神……这一幕早已被距离数十米远的北极熊冬泳队的队员们看在眼里。“快去看看，别出什么事！”队长王云祥提醒大家。几名队员迅速靠近西跳台，队员们选择轻松的话题与这名女子闲聊，稳住她的情绪，十几分钟后，女子的家人赶到现场将其接走，大家这才长出了一口气。这已是自4月12日冬泳队队长王云祥从冰窟窿中救起一名17岁男中学生之后，北极熊冬泳队今年在甘河岸边挽救生命的第二次善举了。<BR> <BR> 加格达奇北极熊冬泳队正式成立于2003年，到目前已经发展会员70多人。地区、加区领导对这个促进全民健身运动，带动我区旅游业发展的业余群众体育团体十分重视和关怀，地委书记王忠林亲自为冬泳队授牌；加区政府出资为冬泳队建造了设施齐全的更衣室，区长郭亚明还兼任“北极熊冬泳协会”的名誉会长。冬泳队成立之前，横穿加格达奇市区的甘河由于水深流急且冰冷刺骨，每年夏季暑期都有来这里游玩的市民溺水遇险甚至死亡。冬泳队成立后，在队员们的巡护和救助下，游客溺水事故大大减少。据冬泳队队长王云祥介绍，冬泳队成立至今，他们已经从甘河中救起了90多条溺水遇险的生命。<BR> <BR> 2005年8月的一天，甘河大桥下一名中年男子游泳时体力不支生命垂危。听到呼救声，冬泳队副队长林伟毫不犹豫地跳入河中，就在该男子即将被旋涡吞没的一刹那奋力将其拉了出来，而林伟却被溺水的男子按到水中几乎窒息，其他冬泳队员见状迅速游到跟前支援，大家用救生圈套在这名男子的身上把他平安救上了岸。此后不久，队员邵金峰又在急流中救起了两名落水儿童。去年8月4日早晨5点多，把家搬到甘河岸边的王云祥起床晨练，一名站在2米多高的跳台上哭泣的十八九岁的少女令王云祥的神经立刻紧绷起来。王云祥急忙走到跳台下询问原因，在弄明白少女是因为失恋而欲轻生后，王云祥一边耐心劝说，一边让老伴打电话求援，很快就来了10多个冬泳队员。为了防止少女情绪失控往下跳，大家在4米多深的冰冷河水中围成一个圆圈，随时准备施救。趁少女和王云祥说话，队员黄立明悄悄爬上跳台后侧，就在少女正要往下跳的当口，手疾眼快的黄立明一把把她抱在怀里救下了跳台。今年4月12日晚上7点多，一名17岁的男中学生在甘河大桥下的冰面上玩耍，正在开化的冰层突然塌陷，中学生掉到了冰窟窿里，正在屋里吃饭的王云祥听到救命的喊声穿着拖鞋就跑了出来。他和随后赶到的加区光明派出所民警一起把几乎冻僵的男孩从冰窟窿救了上来。而王云祥的脚却因为在外面站的时间太长被冻伤。<BR> <BR> 谈起冬泳队员们救死扶危的一个个感人故事，年过花甲的队长王云祥的脸上不时露出骄傲和自豪的笑容。“我们冬泳队成立的出发点是为了强身健体和带动全民健身运动的发展，没想到却救起了这么多遇险的生命，这是我们最光荣、也是最大的收获。”王云祥说，每年夏天暑期来临，他都叮嘱冬泳队员们在游泳时要关照对水域情况不熟的游客，告诉他们哪里危险，在哪里游泳安全。此外，冬泳队还准备了救生圈、救生衣等救生设备，一旦有游客遇险可以随时救援。<BR> 5月19日16时，在加格达奇甘河北岸西侧的冬泳队跳水台上，一名20多岁的女子拿着手机情绪激动地指着河面不知给什么人打电话，继而又脱掉鞋子走到跳水台边缘望着下面深不见底的河水出神……这一幕早已被距离数十米远的北极熊冬泳队的队员们看在眼里。“快去看看，别出什么事！”队长王云祥提醒大家。几名队员迅速靠近西跳台，队员们选择轻松的话题与这名女子闲聊，稳住她的情绪，十几分钟后，女子的家人赶到现场将其接走，大家这才长出了一口气。这已是自4月12日冬泳队队长王云祥从冰窟窿中救起一名17岁男中学生之后，北极熊冬泳队今年在甘河岸边挽救生命的第二次善举了。<BR> <BR> 加格达奇北极熊冬泳队正式成立于2003年，到目前已经发展会员70多人。地区、加区领导对这个促进全民健身运动，带动我区旅游业发展的业余群众体育团体十分重视和关怀，地委书记王忠林亲自为冬泳队授牌；加区政府出资为冬泳队建造了设施齐全的更衣室，区长郭亚明还兼任“北极熊冬泳协会”的名誉会长。冬泳队成立之前，横穿加格达奇市区的甘河由于水深流急且冰冷刺骨，每年夏季暑期都有来这里游玩的市民溺水遇险甚至死亡。冬泳队成立后，在队员们的巡护和救助下，游客溺水事故大大减少。据冬泳队队长王云祥介绍，冬泳队成立至今，他们已经从甘河中救起了90多条溺水遇险的生命。<BR> <BR> 2005年8月的一天，甘河大桥下一名中年男子游泳时体力不支生命垂危。听到呼救声，冬泳队副队长林伟毫不犹豫地跳入河中，就在该男子即将被旋涡吞没的一刹那奋力将其拉了出来，而林伟却被溺水的男子按到水中几乎窒息，其他冬泳队员见状迅速游到跟前支援，大家用救生圈套在这名男子的身上把他平安救上了岸。此后不久，队员邵金峰又在急流中救起了两名落水儿童。去年8月4日早晨5点多，把家搬到甘河岸边的王云祥起床晨练，一名站在2米多高的跳台上哭泣的十八九岁的少女令王云祥的神经立刻紧绷起来。王云祥急忙走到跳台下询问原因，在弄明白少女是因为失恋而欲轻生后，王云祥一边耐心劝说，一边让老伴打电话求援，很快就来了10多个冬泳队员。为了防止少女情绪失控往下跳，大家在4米多深的冰冷河水中围成一个圆圈，随时准备施救。趁少女和王云祥说话，队员黄立明悄悄爬上跳台后侧，就在少女正要往下跳的当口，手疾眼快的黄立明一把把她抱在怀里救下了跳台。今年4月12日晚上7点多，一名17岁的男中学生在甘河大桥下的冰面上玩耍，正在开化的冰层突然塌陷，中学生掉到了冰窟窿里，正在屋里吃饭的王云祥听到救命的喊声穿着拖鞋就跑了出来。他和随后赶到的加区光明派出所民警一起把几乎冻僵的男孩从冰窟窿救了上来。而王云祥的脚却因为在外面站的时间太长被冻伤。<BR> <BR> 谈起冬泳队员们救死扶危的一个个感人故事，年过花甲的队长王云祥的脸上不时露出骄傲和自豪的笑容。“我们冬泳队成立的出发点是为了强身健体和带动全民健身运动的发展，没想到却救起了这么多遇险的生命，这是我们最光荣、也是最大的收获。”王云祥说，每年夏天暑期来临，他都叮嘱冬泳队员们在游泳时要关照对水域情况不熟的游客，告诉他们哪里危险，在哪里游泳安全。此外，冬泳队还准备了救生圈、救生衣等救生设备，一旦有游客遇险可以随时救援。<BR>
