迎奥运天津海河长游

<FONT face=华文中宋 color=#3300ff size=6>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<FONT face=华文新魏> 2007.07.07，这个难得三7相遇的日子，我们北京湾冬泳队一行4人，应天津狮子林冬泳队的邀请，前往天津参加了海河冬泳队发起的“迎奥运海河长游”活动，长游全程7300米，参加人数有70人左右，早晨7：15分，大家陆续下水，在北安大桥下一字排开，随着海河队队长的一声令下，拉开了海河长游的序幕。</FONT></FONT><P><FONT face=华文新魏 color=#3300ff size=6>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 海河的水温大概有32度左右，很热，再加上天气闷热，下水游了一会，我就感觉脸发烧，游到2088米处时，我感觉膝盖发热腿肚子发酸，于是就和天津的几个泳友上岸休息了一会，由于我从来没有参加过长游，觉得挺累的，我们几个决定向回游，经过3小时的奋战，我终于游到了终点。</FONT></P><P><FONT face=华文新魏 color=#3300ff size=6>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 参加这次长游活动的还有中国游泳协会冬泳委员会的常委董炎义老师，他在全国的游泳比赛中多次拿第一，今年已有68岁的高龄，长游中老当益壮，遥遥领先，最后以第16名的成绩游完全程。</FONT></P><P><FONT face=华文新魏 color=#3300ff size=6>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 这次长游，我虽然没有游完全程，但也挑战了我的游泳极限。</FONT></P>
