昨天太忙了,今天起早打字,蛙泳结束了,蛙泳太复杂了,一瞬间5--6个动作,竞技游泳的其他3个泳姿,以后写吧,累死了,可没人看。后面还有其他,还看吗???

<P>&nbsp;</P><P><FONT color=#0000ff size=5><STRONG><EM>我自己又看一遍,每学习一次都有体会,每天早晨1小时的游泳,每次都有收获,游泳有技巧,需要理论与实践结合。我体会:游泳不能间断,有时间天天游,没时间,不要间断太长一周就长了。总之游泳停一天,自己知道,停2天别人知道,停3天相当1个月没游,游起来非常累、沉。要在游泳比赛中取名次或好成绩,必须要不间断游泳训练,游泳理论也是非常有必要看的,边游边理解,游泳技术逐步提高。<BR>每一个人水感、水性不一样,有的人横向平衡好,蛙泳比较好,有的人纵向平衡好,自由泳优秀。但不是绝对的,千百次的重复训练“练”,几种泳姿都能学好。我年初听过一次李小红讲“自由泳”泳姿的课,很好,近期我也在学习自由泳,感觉游的很累,不走,慢。我准备开始学习自由泳的理论,如果大家喜欢我在时间方便时就写点。</EM></STRONG></FONT></P><br><br>[此帖子已被 四水 在 2008-3-3 19:06:05 编辑过]
