mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin">每天他第一个下水，把水面冰絮子清理净再让大家下水，上岸后举起大桶（一般人的身体举不动）为大家冲洗，朔料桶用坏了几个，大家开玩笑地说：“刘仁福把大家都浇（交）下了。”</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt"><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 宋体; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin">刘仁福体能泳技都很好，但他很少同队友争峰，关心的是队友的健康和安全。前几年，松花江水流急，新队员、体弱、泳技差的队员游泳，队里都安排泳技好的队员跟随保护。刘仁福都主动同新队员、体弱泳技差的队员在一起游泳，尽力保障他们的安全。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt"><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold">冬泳队每年组织很多活动，活动中有许多事需要做。所需的费用“<SPAN lang=EN-US>AA</SPAN>”制。刘仁福经济条件不是十分好，下岗后凭在工厂积累的技术打工，生活俭朴是他的特点，身上穿的是工作服和冬泳队发的服装。在冬泳活动中从不吝啬，在<SPAN lang=EN-US>2006</SPAN>、<SPAN lang=EN-US>2007</SPAN>两年的哈尔滨至大顶子山<SPAN lang=EN-US>120</SPAN>华里长游活动筹备中主动承担篝火晚会用的烧材，雇车拉到江边又一抱一抱的装到船上，看到船上需要饮食用水又用摩托车托水十余桶装上船。一干就是两三个小时。道外冬泳浴场开辟五年了，从泳池上岸用的铁梯子和大部分工具，都是刘仁福自费制作的。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold">关心队友的生活。冬泳队里有下岗的队友，年龄大，就业条件较差，刘仁福看在眼里，惦记在心上。他承包的工程用人时，首先考虑这些队友，两三年里这些队友都愿意和他一起工作。冬泳队队友遇到困难在他的能力范畴都能帮忙，经常以人力物力给予帮助。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold">冬泳人来自社会各行各业，各个层面。在道外冬泳队这个大家庭里，刘仁福的行为感动和影响着大家。队友们都想在刘仁福遇到什么困难时能帮助他一下，可始终没有这样的机会。每年的总结表彰会上，我做为道外冬泳队的队长非常矛盾，刘仁福所做的一切值得表彰、弘扬，但作为一个团队，我希望能出现更多的刘仁福。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-fareast; mso-bidi-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold">在刘仁福的精神带动下，很多队友都来得很早和小福一起干，来晚的都感觉不好意思。队友王力军看到小福每天打完冰后，鞋和裤子都结冰湿了，怕他着凉，买了一条棉裤一条绒裤送给小福；队友孟宪礼买了四双高筒棉水靴供大家打冰用。在一次活动中大家都在欢歌笑语中小福坐在椅子上睡着了，队友们看见把棉衣盖在他身上说：让他睡一会吧，他累了！他得到了队友们的崇敬和关爱。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;
