mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">近年来，随着中国冬泳网各地冬泳专区的蓬勃发展和日渐壮大，各地冬泳网组织互访行为日渐频繁。但因各地冬泳组织发展不甚平衡，而给某些冬泳组织造成了一定程度的负担。为规范互访行为，以中国冬泳网为媒介，本着活跃和促进各地冬泳运动发展、丰富各地泳友活动之宗旨，以最大限度方便和满足中国冬泳网各地方冬泳组织需求之原则，我们制定《中国冬泳网》各俱乐部互访接待协议，内容如下：</SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US>1</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">、来访组织，行程一切费用自负，费用由成行人员</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>AA</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">制分担。</SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US>2</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">、来访组织，须遵守当地的法律法规、民风民俗，洁身自律。</SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US>3</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">、来访组织，须事先向到访地专区发贴提出申请，并应得到到访地专区的回复。申请内容注明</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>1</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">、往返行程日期。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US> 2</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">、标明食宿费用标准（目前以每人每天85</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">元</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">为宜）。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US> 3</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">、是否有自己计划的行程路线。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US> 4</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">、成行人数及姓名、性别、年龄、网名。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US> 5</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">、需“到访地”提供的其他帮助。</SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US>4</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">、来访组织应保证自身安全，若出现安全及责任事故，由来访组织自行承担解决，到访地组织应予协助解决。</SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US>5</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">、来访组织不准向到访地组织提出不合理要求，如借钱、借物等，并严格禁止此类行为。</SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US>6</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">、来访组织需向到访地组织留取一定数额的保证金。</SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US>7</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">、来访组织人员，需以良好的精神面貌，与到访地组织的成员联谊交流，宣传冬泳。严禁不文明和有伤感情的言语及行为。</SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21.1pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.55pt"><B><SPAN lang=EN-US> <o:p></o:p></SPAN></B></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21.1pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.55pt"><B><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">二、接待方责任：</SPAN></B></P><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt">1</SPAN><SPAN>、到访地组织见到来访组织申请后，应根据实际接待条件利用双方约定的联络方式尽快做出回复，如同意对方来访，可一并确认费用标准，帮助商定旅游线路，以及对来访组织所能提供的其他帮助。如因故不便接受对方来访，必须在一周内告知来访组织。<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P></SPAN><SPAN twffan="done"></SPAN></SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US>3</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">、负责接待的到访地组织，不得向来访的冬泳网组织提供违法服务及虚假信息。</SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US>4</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">、到访地组织不得有向来访组织借钱、借物等行为，否则出现问题，后果自负。</SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US>5</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">、负责接待的到访地组织成员，应以饱满的精神状态和良好的精神风貌与来访的冬泳网组织成员联谊交流，宣传冬泳。严禁不文明和有伤感情的言语及行为。</SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US> <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-char-indent-size: 10.5pt"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">三、访问中及访问后，中国冬泳网将作为中介，监督和检查双方的行为，双方交流从开始到结束的食、宿、行、游等费用一律实行</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>AA</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Times New Roman; mso-hansi-font-family: Times New Roman">制，禁止在网上及私下散布不利于团结的言论。一经发现，中国冬泳网将严格制止。若在活动中出现法律纠纷，先由当地仲裁机构协调，协调不成，由当事人提交法律诉讼程序。</SPAN></P><P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;
